Contrary to 911 Turbo S, which is a rear-engine machine, DBS is a front-engine with twin-turbo V12 pushed towards the center of the car as possible. However, despite supercar numbers, DBS Superleggera Volante is a GT convertible with perfect road manners and the ability to be soft and comfortable like a luxury sedan. The level of interior comfort is second to none, and craftsmanship is impeccable.

Ferrari F8 Tributo Spider

No list of best sports cars would be complete without at least one model from Ferrari. It might sound like a cliché, but Ferrari’s lineup, heritage, engineering expertise, performance, and allure firmly position it as a true pinnacle of the sports car world. This time we chose the Ferrari F8 Tributo Spider, a proper open top that is designed to deliver you the ultimate driving experience and mimic the Formula One car, which you can legally use on the street. Out of all three, the F8 Spider is the most hardcore, not just in engine power and sheer stats but also in delivery, feel, and driving dynamics.

Tightly packed behind the driver is the 3,9-liter, twin-turbo V8 with 710 hp and 760 Nm of torque. The power is sent to rear wheels over a specially-designed 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, which has lightning-fast shifts. With 2.8 seconds to 100 km/h, it is slightly slower than the Porsche, but sheer drama, noise, and acceleration make it more dramatic. The top speed is identical to DBS Superleggera Volante at 340 km/h.

It offers the same level of comfort and luxury appointments but a slightly harsher ride and less interior space, which is understandable.
