Swiss hotels enjoy great popularity. The top-quality 5 star hotels are particularly renowned all over the world. The platform Swiss Deluxe Hotels has united the best among them and represents highest quality.
Swiss Deluxe Hotels is an exclusive platform of the most luxurious, and overall best 5 star hotels in Switzerland. At the moment, it counts 41 members, the crème de la crème of the Swiss hotel industry, so to speak. Among them are the Baur au Lac and the Dolder Grand in Zurich, the Victoria-Jungfrau in Interlaken, the Park Hotel Vitznau and the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, only to mention a few.
The platform operates on very high standards concerning its members. To reach and maintain these standards, new aspirants have to match certain criteria. This is the only way for a hotel to be accepted to the Swiss Deluxe Hotels.
The Service Excellence is particularly important. In a blind test, it is checked whether the services and the customer care of a hotel truly match the extraordinarily high standards that are required by Swiss Deluxe Hotels. How large a hotel is or how many guests can be accommodated is not important. Because at Swiss Deluxe Hotels, the slogan “quality, not quantity” is taken very seriously.
The work of this platform is very important for Edel & Stark. We stand for services at highest levels, too, and offer perfect quality. Therefore, we are extremely proud to be Swiss Deluxe Hotels’ Preferred Supplier for luxury car rentals. We are now part of a network of selected, leading suppliers and service providers that are known for their daily excellent performances and for contributing to the lasting satisfaction of all hotel guests. We are pleased to belong to this network and are looking forward to an even more intensive collaboration with the top hotels of Switzerland in the future.
