Your Journey, Elevated
Drive the world’s finest cars and indulge in pure elegance on every journey.
With the first hybrid drive in the history of the Turbo, the 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S heralds a new era. 701 hp, state-of-the-art technology, and uncompromising performance make it more powerful, faster, and more fascinating than ever before.
In the automotive world, it’s rare for a single variant of an already successful model to become a legend in its own right. But that’s exactly what happened with the 911 Turbo. Introduced more than 50 years ago, the Turbo struck like lightning: it gave the 911 a massive boost in performance and technology and quickly established itself as the top-tier model with its own devoted following.
The myth was never only about acceleration or top speed — it was also about understatement, exquisite materials, and luxury details. 52 years later, the Porsche 911 Turbo S is the next chapter in that story — and a very special one.
For the first time in history, the Porsche 911 Turbo features a hybrid powertrain — not for efficiency, but purely to deliver even more performance.
The 992.2 generation of the Porsche 911 didn’t bring major styling changes to already recognizable lines, but it did refine the design with a few subtle yet important touches. The overall shape is the same, but the 992.2 Turbo S looks even more aggressive thanks to the rear bumper and active air intakes on the front bumper, which improve aerodynamics and brake cooling. There are new wheel options, 10 mm wider for the Turbo S. The result is not just more aggressive looks but also 10% more efficient aerodynamics, which is a significant improvement. Once again, the 911 Turbo S, especially when painted in conservative colors, is not a flamboyant and shouty machine. But its performance, sheer speed, and incredible roadholding can shame any supercar in real-life conditions.
Even though the Turbos were always elegant versions of the 911 range, what lay beneath the metal was far more important to Porsche customers. The 992.2 Turbo S excels in this category thanks to a significantly improved drivetrain. The 2026 Turbo S features a hybrid system, which makes it the first hybrid model in Turbo’s history. Even though some purists might dismiss this as a move against the Turbo’s legacy, let’s explain that the hybrid system isn’t meant to improve efficiency or meet emissions standards. In true Porsche fashion, the hybrid system in the 992.2 Turbo and Turbo S models is only there to improve one thing – performance.
And it does a fantastic job. The hybrid system of the new 911 Turbo S consists of an electric engine installed in the automatic transmission (PDK) and connected to the small 1.9 kWh battery pack. Its purpose is to help accelerate, eliminate shift lag, and improve throttle response. A big part of the combo is the new electric turbos, which spool before boost arrives, eliminating turbo lag and improving power and performance. If the technical layout is impressive, the result is even more impressive. The 2026 Turbo S delivers 701 hp and massive 800 Nm from its revised 3.6-liter flat-six engine, which makes it the most powerful road-going Porsche model ever made!

All that firepower means one thing – the 2026 Turbo S is scary fast. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes only 2.5 seconds, and the top speed is 322 km/h, making this 911 a king of the Autobahn. But those numbers don’t paint the whole picture. The new 992.2 Turbo S is 14 seconds faster around the Nürburgring than the outgoing model, which is an incredible achievement and a true testament to Porsche engineering and the new hybrid system. Some might think that the new Turbo S is heavier than the previous model, but the new hybrid system adds only 80 kgs, which is surprisingly low.
Besides the increased power and performance, the hybrid system and 400v architecture gave the new 2026 911 Turbo S more advantages. The revised PDCC anti-roll reacts faster, PASM steering is quicker, and active aerodynamic deploys in a split second. All of that, along with the intelligent all-wheel-drive system and precise PDK transmission, makes the 992.2 Turbo S noticeably more agile and capable of harnessing all the power the hybrid engine produces. Those changes are the most important for going around the Nürburgring 14 seconds faster.
Of course, we shouldn’t forget the brakes, and Porsche is a company known for impressive stopping power. In the 911 Turbo S, the carbon-ceramic brakes are standard and have been known to deliver immense stopping power and resist fade. However, for the new 992.2 models, Porsche upgraded the rear discs from 390 mm to 410 mm, making them almost the same size as the front discs. This is another first for this model, since those are the largest rear discs ever fitted to a two-door Porsche production model.

The interior is another aspect where this model really shines, and when you sit behind the wheel of the 2026 Porsche Turbo S, you will notice several new features. The first is a fully digital, curved instrument panel that is easy to read, configurable to the driver’s specifications, and delivers a wealth of information. The second detail could be hard for the brand’s purists, but the Porsche installed a start button instead of the standard key. Thankfully, it is still on the left side of the steering column, in keeping with Porsche’s well-known tradition.

The Turbo S is offered as a coupe or convertible, but regardless of the version, it comes only as a two-seater, with the rear seats deleted. As you would expect, the interior materials are of the finest quality, with a premium audio system, 18-way adjustable seats, and a host of other options and creature comforts. The 2026 Turbo S is not just a blisteringly fast land missile, but an accomplished luxury machine, as well.
The 911 Turbo S is a special car in the Porsche lineup. It isn’t just about stellar performance, gorgeous looks, or a luxury feel. It’s about the perfect blend of speed, comfort, and driving dynamics. The Turbo S is equally capable when crossing the Alps in a snowstorm with its AWD drivetrain and electronic stability systems or when chasing the top speed on the Autobahn. It can be a track monster or weekend cruiser. It is docile in everyday traffic or wild when you want it to be. And that is its biggest advantage. The 911 Turbo S is one of the rare cars that can fulfill any automotive wish and look great while doing so. It is one of the cars that bends the laws of physics, pushes the boundaries further than you expected, and remains composed, safe, and stable at any speed. As a precision driving instrument, it will put a smile on your face and make you a better driver with every outing.
At Edel & Stark, we focus on cars that deliver more than speed — they deliver an experience. That’s why the Porsche 911 Turbo S Convertible is part of our selection: a precision instrument that combines comfort, everyday usability, and extreme performance in one complete package.
If you want to get the most out of every kilometer — without sacrificing luxury — the Turbo S is the uncompromising choice.
